Traditionally, counseling sessions are delivered once per week. However, if necessary, clients may choose to have multiple sessions per week.

The duration of counseling services depends on the severity of the issue(s) presented. Clients can always elect to shorten or extend services. Whichever is best!

In the near future, various insurances will be accepted. Until then, all services are self-pay.

At this time, services are provided via telemental health only.

Regarding individual, couple's, and family sessions:
Should you desire an appointment time not visible on the Booking Calendar, please call and/or email The Counseling Room for availability.

While you can book a session as early in advance as you desire, please be advised the latest time/deadline to book an upcoming appointment is two days prior.
