Cancellation Policy

Excluding the FREE Consultation Call, all payments are due upon the time of booking a session and there are no refunds. Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. As such, we kindly request all cancellations to be made at least 24 hours before a session's start time (example: a Saturday 2PM session must be cancelled no later than Friday 2PM). If you do not present to the session within 10 minutes, it will be cancelled. There are no refunds.
